I love podcasts! Moreover, I enjoy making podcast listening enjoyable. With over 30 years of audio editing experience, I can help you achieve your goal of making your podcast a great experience for your listeners.

My primary audience throughout my career has been in a corporate setting. I am now leveraging my passion for my own personal projects and I would love to help you too.

My toolbox consists of Ableton Live 12 Suite with a variety of plugins available to help your voice sound like you!

My approach begins with removing environmental noise (e.g. air conditioner, fans, etc.) and room noise (e.g. reverb or echo from spaces that are not professionally sound treated). Next is leveling out the volume. Whether listening in the car or the shower, no one wants to be looking for the volume buttons or knob constantly. Finally, the dialog gets professionally tweaked to smooth out any harshness to prevent fatigue while listening for extended periods.

Podcast distribution comes with its own set of requirements. These are technical, but important. Podcasts sounds files (the MP3 or WAV), must be created within certain loudness parameters to ensure the your voice sounds the same on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube. I'll handle that as well. Some Podcast hosting services charge extra to do this for you.

Lastly, if you've seen those nifty chapter markers that are used by some podcasts (i.e. Introduction, Topic A, Sponsor 1, Topic B, Closing, Credits, etc.) I can assist you there by automating chapter marker creation. I will automatically create the ID3 tags in the MP3 file and generate the chapter format for your podcast episode description that is required by Spotify and YouTube. The ID3 tags are used by some podcast distribution services (e.g. Buzzsprout) to assist in the quick creation of chapter markers on their platform.

Music Mastering
Average price - $40 per song

Podcast episode – My turn-around time is one week per episode. I typically allow 3 free rounds of revisions, with each revision round after that costing 1x my calculated hourly rate for the project.

Mastering – My turn-around time is one day with 1 free revision.
